APL's Second Workout (video)
Check out the first workout below (posted Oct 8)... Waaay back then (2 weeks ago) he was not all that confident in the crawling department. He has pretty much grown out of the slithering stage since then.
Watching APL crawl is like witnessing an expert on the pommel horse... APL carries about 90% of his weight north of his shoulders. I think his center of gravity is slightly below his nose. So when he crawls, he carries almost his entire weight on his arms. He legs are essentially there just to keep him from rolling completely inverted every time we put him down.
