Milestones at 9.6 Months Old

APL has been doing his share of developing recently. Here are APL's Top Eleven Traits of the Week:

11. Sticks tongue out and wiggles it with abandon.

10. Stands, briefly, without resorting to pulling himself up on anything.

9. Open drawers, cupboards, and most other things that he should not.

8. Munches on teething biscuits without choking.

7. Sports 2 teeth... which makes his biting very painful for Karin (she's still breastfeeding).

6. Zooms around the house in his walker.

5. Overturns trash cans, speakers, laundry bins... whenever possible.

4. Enjoys sitting on his knees and bouncing while sucking on his hairbrush.

3. Loves socializing - especially with children.

2. Enjoys sucking on most things but especially on iphones, other smartphones, and elaborate remote controls.

1. Charms the pants off just about everyone he meets.
